Dec. 24, 1943 - Feb. 24, 2013 NORMAN He was born to the late Buddy and Elizabeth Hennessey in OKC. John married the love of his life, Lea (Sis) Lane on Jan. 9, 1964 and the love they shared will live on forever. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Hennessey. He is survived by his daughter Deneen and her husband Patrick Nault of OKC, his son John Jr. and his wife Kelly of Norman, and his nephew, who he raised and loved as a son Eddie Mc Fadden and his wife Kelly of Norman, his 4 grandchildren Wade and Laney Hennessey and Cory and Cade Mc Fadden, his sister Barbara Nance, and 2 of his cousins Paul and Doyle Hennessey, who he loved as a brothers and many nieces, nephews and friends that became family along the way.He ran the family buisness, Hennessey's Tire and Wheel, later calling it J&L Wholesale on S. Robinson in downtown OKC for over 50 years. In the late 60's, he brought the first Carroll Shelby custom wheels to the OKC area. He loved tires and wheels and wheeling and dealing. He will be missed but, his love will live on in all who knew him.Services will be held on Thursday Feb. 28, 2013 at 1:00pm at the Sooner Road Church of God, 1724 S. Sooner Road, Midwest City, OK.
