Nov 3, 1929 - Jan 10, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Lillian "Jinx" Benson, born 11/3/29 to Forest & Elizabeth Rose in Elk City, OK, went to be with her Lord and Savior on 1/10/13. She married Leslie Benson in 1958, who was the world's best Daddy to her five babies until his death in 1983. Jinx was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Book Club and served as Director of the Senior Ladies Sunday School Class -- her beloved Sonshine Girls. She loved her church family and treasured her many friends there. She was a retired accountant, an accomplished seamstress, gourmet cook, crossword puzzle addict and an avid reader. She was preceded in death by brothers, Lavoy, Floyd and Nathan Rose; and children, Randy and Ronda Fox. She is survived by son, Rusty Fox & wife Dawnette, of Pipe Creek, TX; daughter, Robin Hodges & husband Joel, of Bandera, TX; daughter, Ricki Woods & husband Ernie, of Oklahoma City; eight grandchildren, Barry Fox, Leslie Swientek & wife Kaysha, Christian Hodges, Bryan Beeson, Bria Beeson, Rusti Elizabeth & Matt, Jason Trump & wife Stacee, and Tiffany Ellis & husband Robert; great-grandchildren, Luke, Haley, Britton, Chloe, Ben, Josey, Citabria and soon to arrive Ryder and Berkley; brother, Lee Trujillo; sisters, Melba Cox and Viola Lopez; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Service 2 p.m. January 14, 2013, at Emmaus Baptist Church, 16001 S. Western Ave., OKC.
