August 19, 1934 - October 2, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Graveside service for former Lawton resident, Jack L. Hall, 78, of Oklahoma City, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Highland Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Dawson, Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Hall passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. Jack was born on August 19, 1934 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Jim and Opal (Puckett) Hall. He grew up in Lawton where he attended school. He married Jo Ann Holt on June 26, 1955. Jack served in the National Guard before he was activated into the United States Army and served with the 5th Division. After the military, he worked in the food service industry and retired from Shawnee Milling as Regional Sales Manager. His favorite pastimes included old cars and Nascar and he enjoyed auto racing. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jo Ann of the home; two sons, Earl Hall and Eileen Tarver of Kansas City, Missouri and Brian Hall and his wife Elizabeth of Edmond; his grandchildren, Molly and Sarah Hall of Edmond, Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law, Faye Hall of Oklahoma City and Lee Hall of Mesa, Arizona; and several nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Bob Hall and Ben Hall; and his sister, Kathryn Hilty. He will be loved forever.
