June 13, 1926 - May 27, 2014 OKLAHOMA CITY Nina, 87, passed away on May 27, 2014. She was born June 13, 1926, in Healdton, OK, the daughter of Andrew Earl and Thelma Irene (Hall) Renwick. Marie and Jack Cotton married on February 23, 1946, in OKC and enjoyed 56 years together. She was a longtime member of Carey Heights Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and served in areas where she was needed. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; grandson, Dewayne Cotton; brothers, Earl and Clyde Renwick; and sister, Pat Walker. Marie is survived by her sons, Wayne & wife Linda, Larry & wife Judy, and Jack Cotton II & wife Vicki; daughter, Betty Phelps & husband Travis; grandchildren, Wayne Cotton, II, Angi Cotton, M'Kayla Nance, Kari Cobb, Tiffany Newton, Kassidy Cotton, and Meagan Kemp; great-grandchildren, Zoe Cotton, Carson Nance, Makayla Cotton, Elle Nance, Asher Newton, and the anticipated birth of a great-grandchild; and sister, Donna Kay Hubbard. Viewing will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday. Services to celebrate her life will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 6934 S.
