Obituary Condolences

Mar. 9, 1954 - Aug. 19, 2014 EDMOND Tracy Alan Jividen was born on March 9, 1954 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Hubert Dale Jividen & Breaveda Mae (Marston) Jividen. He was raised on the farm north of town before moving into Woodward. He attended school in the Woodward Public School System and graduated from Woodward High School 1972. He later attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. He was united by marriage to Sandra LaRae Heath on December 27, 1974 in Woodward. They made their first home in Norman before moving back to Woodward in 1977. They were blessed with three children, Courtney, Spencer and Jordann. In 1982 Tracy became a registered Professional Land Surveyor and began working for Jividen Land Surveying Company, Inc. in Woodward, Oklahoma. In 2002, he relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma where he established his own surveying company, Jividen And Company, PLLC. He enjoyed a very long and successful career and continued to work until his passing on August 19, 2014. Tracy lived life to the fullest and wasn't afraid to seek new adventures. He enjoyed many hobbies such as baseball card and coin collecting, hunting, and painting. He was an avid chess player and loved antiques. However his passion throughout all those years was fly-fishing. Whether it was Yellowstone, the San Juan or the side of the road you could find him in his element. He was loved and adored by his family and most especially treasured by his grandsons. He is survived by his wife of 39 years: Sandy Jividen; children: Courtney and Raul (Guy) Ramirez, Spencer and Julie Jividen, and Jordann and Sean Clemence; grandchildren: Bryson, Ryder, and Nolan; siblings: Connie Lamberth and husband Smokey, Roger Jividen and wife Sherry; special cousin: Justin Marston and wife Connie; aunt: Rita Ticer; uncle: Jimmy Jividen and wife Shirley; mother-in-law: Betty Heath; sisters and brother-in-law: Susie Smith, Sheri and Levi Maples, Sidney and Steve Sears, David and Maurine Heath; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Breaveda Jividen; brother, Danny; father-in-law, Hugh Heath, Jr; and brother-in-law, Troy Smith Jr.A celebration of Tracy's life will be at 1pm, Friday, August 22, 2014, at First Christian Church in Edmond, OK.
