Pamela Taylor Obituary
Pamela R. Taylor ~ an angel goes home. Pam was born on November 30, 1952 to Harry E. & Marion A. Reitz of Harrisburg, PA and went to be with our Father in Heaven on March 21, 2011, after a long battle with diabetes. Pam graduated from Shaw High School in Mobile, AL. In August of 1969, she married Charles Robert "Butch" Taylor, Sr. and they moved to Bethany, OK in 1970. Pam's life was centered around her family. She was a loving wife, mother & grandma. Crafts & needlework were among her favorite things to do. Her happy disposition attracted friendships everywhere she went. She loved being outdoors and manicuring her flowerbeds and lawn. She is survived by her son, Charles Robert "BJ" Taylor, Jr. of Dallas, TX; daughter, Deanna R. Taylor of Bethany, OK; and 1 grandchild, her "angel", Taylor Miotke of Bethany, OK. She is also survived by a host of family & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry E. & Marion A. Reitz, 1 brother, Earl Reitz, 1 sister, Leda Reitz, and "Butch" Taylor. A special thank you to the Pfister family, Leo Chiles, Cindy Vaught & the staff at Davita Dialysis for their care & support during the last months of her precious life. Words cannot express how much she will be missed. Services will be held at Mercer-Adams Chapel on Friday, March 25, at 2:00pm. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Kidney Foundation & Diabetes Foundation. To share a memory or condolence, visit www.mercer-adams.com www.mercer-adams.com
