1943 - 2018 Obituary Condolences
Nov. 24, 1943 - June 29, 2018 MOORE Annice F. Ponder, 74, of Moore, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Friday, June 29, 2018. She was born Nov. 24, 1943, in Wilburton, OK to the late Fred Earl and Mavis Opal (Clark) Eddington. Annice was of the Baptist faith and baptized as a child. She married Phillip W. Moore and they spent 45 years together. She enjoyed gardening, ceramics, and went with her husband to many car shows and events over the years. Annice was an avid fan of NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon, and enjoyed drag racing events. Her first love and passion was Elvis Presley. In addition to her parents, Annice was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Eddington. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Phillip; son, Greg Moore and his wife Caroline; daughter, Stephanie Birdwell and her husband Jon; grandchildren, Seth Moore and Casey Moore and his wife Teagan, and Ethan Birdwell and his wife Hannah; great-grandchild, Ellie Moore; brother, Fred Eddington and his wife Joan; sister, Katherine Scott and her husband Leroy; her twin, Janice Moore; nieces, Sherry Eggleston and her husband David, Marlene Ponnequin and her husband Steve, and Joel Farrar and her husband Rodney; nephews, Scott Moore and his wife Julie, Randy Scott and his wife Helen, and Curt Scott and his wife Jana; numerous great- nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 SE 19th St., Moore, OK. A Second Visitation will be held Friday, July 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Waldrop Funeral Home, 1208 Highway 2N, Wilburton, OK. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 6 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Moore Funeral & Cremation with Clyde Wooldridge officiating. A Second Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 7 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 204 E. Ash Ave., Wilburton, OK, followed by Burial in Wilburton City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to of Cleveland County, 6525 N Meridian Ave, Ste #110, Oklahoma City, OK 73116.
